High-speed winding
Winding performed in contact with a motorized roller with a maximum speed of 1300 m/min.
Adjustable rewinding tension
Electronically adjustable rewinding tension controlled by PLC.
Advanced winding system
Winding on a single station, with control of the pressure exerted by the coil on the winding roller through a proportional valve.
Automatic change
Maximum Ø of the winding coil 250 mm, automatic change at the end of winding with material cutting and winding restart.
Cardboard core loader
Dispenser capacity of 70 tubes Ø 76mm-150mm tubes Ø 50.
Jumbo loading unit
Jumbo loading unit from pallet via arms with pneumatic movement and equipped with cones for mandrels with internal Ø 76 mm.
Rewinding speed
The winding speed varies depending on the quality of the material used.
